Shipping

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all major pin codes across India via recognised courier partners such as DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, and Skyking.
Are there any shipping charges?
No. All our prices are inclusive of GST and shipping charges within India. What you see is what you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.
How can I track my order?
Registered customers can use the Track Order section in the footer. Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch.
Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?
Unfortunately, no. Once orders are placed, they cannot be combined due to regulatory and compliance requirements. Shipping applies to each order individually.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns for unused products (e.g. incorrect sizing). You must initiate the request with photos within 24 hours of receiving the order. We do not accept returns after this window.
Will I get a refund to my bank account?
We do not offer cash or card refunds for standard returns. We process exchanges for the same product or issue a Credit Note redeemable on any product within 6 months. A full refund is only offered in the rare case of an inventory mismatch.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please record an unboxing video and photograph the damaged outer packaging and product. Share these via WhatsApp at +91 92840 18487 within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our team will verify the damage and guide you through the exchange process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Please use a reliable courier service and pack the product carefully.
Are customised products eligible for return?
No. Customised or personalised products are made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Products

Is your silver BIS certified?
Yes. All our silver jewellery is made from BIS 925 hallmarked silver, guaranteeing a minimum purity of 92.5%.
Why does my product look slightly different from the website image?
Our products are largely handcrafted, which means minor variations in finish, lustre, or colour are natural and expected. Product photographs on the website are for reference only and may not perfectly replicate the final item.
Can the weight of a jewellery piece vary?
Yes, marginally. The weight displayed on the website is a fair approximation. Small variations in the finished product are inherent to the handcrafting process.

Orders & Payments

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed promptly to ensure quick delivery. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods available through our secure payment gateway, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
