Payments
Payment for any purchase is due in full at the time of placing the order. All payments must be made through the secure payment gateway provided on this website. We do not accept payments through any other channel.
Transit Insurance
To safeguard your interests, Gahenaz arranges transit insurance at no additional cost, valid until delivery. Please note that minor cosmetic damages or insignificant deformations occurring during transit may not be covered under this insurance. Should a loss occur, you may be requested to provide documents or information to support any insurance claim.
Warranty & Quality
A product is considered defective only if it has an inherent material or manufacturing defect. Minor visual deviations from the photographs shown on the website do not constitute a defect — this is particularly relevant for handcrafted items where slight variations are a natural characteristic of the craft.
Disclaimer
Product photographs and images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and are not to scale. The size, colour, finish, lustre, and other visual attributes of the actual product may differ slightly from what is displayed. As our products are mostly handcrafted, such variations are expected and do not constitute grounds for a return. The weight of silver or any precious metal used in jewellery items is a fair and reasonable approximation. Minor variations in the final product weight are inherent to the handcrafting process and are fully expected. Gahenaz and this website shall not be liable for any unauthorised use of credit or debit cards and will bear no liability to the cardholder or the issuing bank in such cases.

All questions of enforceability, interpretation, and disputes arising under this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
