Tracking Your Order
Registered customers can track their orders using the Track Order link in the footer.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent within 24 hours of dispatch.
Dispatch & Courier Partners
- All orders are dispatched from our operational centre in Kolkata, India.
- We ship via trusted courier partners — DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, Skyking, and other recognised carriers.
- Our delivery partners will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
- Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Please ensure it is complete, with the correct pin code and a nearby landmark.
Important Notes
- If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered upon delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.
- Once placed, multiple orders cannot be combined due to regulatory and compliance requirements. Shipping charges apply to each order individually.
- Please ensure an active mobile number is provided so our delivery partners can coordinate with you.
